Return & Shipping Instructions

After packing display, remove all the old shipping labels and “empty” stickers from the display cases.

Attach return shipping labels to the display case. Return labels will vary depending on your carrier.

FedEx: One label per case. Any additional cases will have their own label.
UPS: One address label with barcode for each use.
Common Carrier: One Bill of Lading plus at least one address label for each piece in the shipment.

If you are shipping from a convention center or other venue, be aware that show management may ask that you complete their own outboard Bill of Lading or Material Handling Agreement. All the information you should need (weight, piece count, return address) is contained on the return labels in this packet.

Additionally, you should check with your show organizer to see if the carrier you will be using is scheduled to pick up at the show site. If not, you can request a pickup by calling the appropriate carrier:
